Combining functionality and style the Wusthof Classic Ikon line is a new design.  Still manufactured to their exacting standards but with a new and improved blade and bolster.

The blade is the thinnest ground Wusthof has manufactured making it the sharpest knife they've ever produced.  They also reduced the bolster to a 2/3rds style that allows you to sharpen and use the whole blade.

Finally to top it off they redesigned the handle for a new stylish and ergonomic look.  The polymer handle still maintains a triple riveted design, but adds an end cap some may find annoying.
